Do I need technical skills?
No. Add a customer and we do the rest. We can set everything up with you.
Where do I find my Google review link?
We'll show you in two clicks, or send it to us and we'll add it.
Which countries do you cover?
Anywhere in the world. You only need a Google Business Profile.
Is my customers' data safe?
We only use contact details to send your review requests and never sell data. See our Privacy page.
Reviews and Google
Is asking for reviews allowed by Google?
Yes. Asking real customers for honest reviews is fine. Never offer rewards for reviews, and we don't write reviews for you.
Do you hide bad reviews?
No. Every customer gets the same Google review link. We also offer an optional private message form, but it never replaces Google.
How fast will I see reviews?
Many customers respond within hours of the message. Results depend on how many customers you add.
Messages
Will it work in Arabic?
Yes. Messages and the private message pages work in Arabic and English.
Do customers need to agree to be messaged?
Yes. Only add customers who agreed to be contacted. We include an opt-out in messages.
Billing
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, from your billing page. No contracts.
How does the free trial work?
Your 30-day pilot is free. We'll contact you about payment before it ends.
